Types of sentences in Slovak language In Slovak language we have four types of sentences according to the speaker´s attitude. We ditinguish the following types of sentences: Declarative, interrogative, imperative, exclamatory Declarative sentences are the basic and the most frequent. They occur in all styles. For example: Ukázal mi cestu. Dnes celý deň prší. Zajtra odcestujem do Prahy.
